I love japanese curry with chicken katsu but don’t always feel like making the katsu. I’m kind of surprised that I haven’t been able to find a frozen chicken katsu product in my local japanese grocery or asian supermarket, but I haven’t. Maybe I have to settle for an American style breaded chicken cutlet. Anyhoo, does anyone have a suggestion?

I’d just make a bunch and freeze them. You can defrost them and heat them in the oven/toaster oven.
Can I suggest subbing in Crouquette? There are some good frozen ones as well as fresh ones sold in some japanese market.
