Hello! I’ll be visiting Nikko the second to last week of October, and was wondering a few things:
1.) If I go up to Lake Chuzenji on a weekday, will traffic be better? Should I still try to catch an early morning bus up the mountain?
2.) How bad are the hairpin turns up to the lake, in terms of motion sickness? I really want to see the fall foliage but not sure if it’ll be worth it if I end up feeling sick…(and if you have any advice for what you did to avoid getting car sick on that road, I’d appreciate any tips there too!)
