As I am asking in the title, I am wondering if anyone has used the renting service called GGhouse to rent a room and staying there?
I’m moving to Japan at the end of November and will be living there for 6 months, and I have found share housing as a good solution. I contacted GGhouse company and wanted to rent a room, but I have to pay in advance and if somehow anything happens, I won’t be getting the money back.
So I am wondering if anyone has tried them or knows someone who has, and what your/their experience are with it?

I’m renting a room at a GGhouse sharehouse. It’s decent, the room is extremely small, sometimes I don’t notice that I live with other people because they barely leave their rooms. We’re always stocked with toilet paper, plastic bags, cleaning items, etc, and someone comes to clean once a week. It’s what I expected.
Although if you have to share a refrigerator expect others to eat some of your food 👀 a friend of mine had to put some toothpaste on a sushi roll to prank someone that was eating his food.
Ask about the contract though, because most of their houses have a 1 year contract now.
