Ever since I moved I haven’t been able to use my Netflix account without a VPN I’ve tried every solution I could find but none seem to work it doesn’t let me log in saying my password is incorrect and when I do log in if I turn off my VPN i cant play any videos, did anyone else run into this issue when moving? I can keep using a VPN but i feel like i shouldn’t have to

I’ve been a Netflix subscriber for a long time and I’ve never had that problem. You should contact Netflix support. It may have something to do with your IP address when you aren’t using a VPN.
I use VPN for other streams services but not for Netflix.
Do you have trouble on the same non-VPN connection accessing any other websites as well?
Netflix is “region locked” due to licensing agreements and such for different countries. You will need to use your VPN to access your current Netflix account or create a new one within Japan. Keep in mind the catalogues of videos between regions is vastly different.
