Constructing a possibly grammatically incorrect phrase for an evoking reason.

Hello, I’m creating a F1 fan poster for the upcoming Japan GP:
I need help with making sure a new phrase I’m constructing could be understood.

お前はもう死んでいる
I’m trying to alter that famous meme sentence
to “You have already lost” (as in a race or match) but keeping the same structure
i.e. Omae wa mou makeiru (??)

お前はもう負ける

お前はもう負けいる

Basically I will only translate the word “lost” assuming people have passing familiarity to the
“omae wa mou” part.

So even if it’s grammatically wrong, can I force it and make a new meaning be understood??

Would the sentence I proposed be parsed as:
“You are already in a state of having lost” or

“You are already in a losing state”??

Other words with lose/losing I came across in google translate and others, that seem to suggest losing:
失う I feel this is physically losing something.
敗 Seems to come from the apt 勝敗 ‘shouhai’

Not sure if they are more suited.
