I don’t really feel like those shows focus much on vocabulary. If you want something good though shinchan vs. aliens is fairly easy to understand and it has Japanese CC on Amazon prime.
I’ve seen Peppa Pig Japanese dub recommended a lot.
There’s a Japanese version of Dora and her second language is English
Peppa Pig, Shimajirou-kun, My Little pony are all available for free on youtube in Japanese. It’s a good way to train your listening.
