Mobal Sim Cancellation due to payment issue

I’m having trouble with Mobal Sim services. I’ve already made my payment however I am not able to pick up because I am using my parents credit card.

Is there anyone encountered this issue before? Is it possible for me to cancel it and get refund? 🙁
