Tonight, we watched a British documentary about QE2 broadcast on TV with Japanese subtitles. My wife and I both enjoyed.
Does anyone know an on-demand source of documentaries about the UK that has Japanese dubbing or subtitles? (Obviously, Netflix and Amazon; what else?)

This is the opposite of what you want —it’s a Japanese documentary with English subtitles— but I recommend “Lessons from a Calf (もう一つの教育〜伊那小学校春組の記録)” to everyone I know who likes documentaries. It’s a charming and engaging film about a rural elementary school that teaches mathematics, science, economics, and other subjects through having the students raise a calf. It’s available for free on YouTube.
