Does anyone know a website that would allow me to batch convert names in Hiragana/Katakana to romanji, using the Hepburn romanization “system”, and following all the guidelines from MOFA/passport control?
[MOFA – ヘボン式ローマ字綴方表](https://www.ezairyu.mofa.go.jp/passport/hebon.html)
[Kanagawa Passport Center – ヘボン式ローマ字](https://www.pref.kanagawa.jp/osirase/02/2315/hepburn.html)
I found [this site](https://hebonshiki-henkan.info/), but it doesn’t appear to correctly implement all the rules as defined in the two links above.

Quick search brought up:
– [NihongoDera Romaji Converter](https://nihongodera.com/tools/romaji-converter)
– [transliteration Hepburn converter](https://www.translitteration.com/transliteration/en/japanese/hepburn/)
– [Red Finch kana2romaji](https://redfinchjapanese.com/?action=kana2romaji)
https://lazesoftware.com/tool/hepburn/
works for みそのお
doesn’t work for まつうら
The word is actually romaji, not romanji.
