Search Engine that Splits Kanji into Radical, Phonetic, and “Empty” Components?

Is there an online search engine which takes a Kanji and splits it into its “meaning”, “phonetic”, and “empty” (decorative or otherwise non-functional) components?

The [Outlier Kanji dictionary](https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnJapanese/comments/8m8cq4/what_do_you_think_about_the_outlier_kanji/) provides something like this, but it’s stuck as an addon in a clunky Android app.
