Recommendations for apps

Which apps are good for learning Japanese? I have the genki textbooks and all, but I learn best with interactive stuff on my iPad. I have been using DuoLingo and Kaizen. I love Kaizen because you’re basically having a text conversation with a bot that corrects you on your mistakes. I’ve used HelloTalk but I’m not a fan as most people use it as international tinder and I just wanna learn a language. 😭 Are there any other apps out there which are helpful form learning conversations? 1. Language learning apps are games or at least complementary resources, just stick to genki

  2. J-crosswords is a Japanese crossword puzzle app that has N5-N1 levels. They also have crosswords for textbooks like Genki as well.

Amazon kindle app has a Japanese language learning manga called Crystal Hunters so you can have something fun to read when not using your textbook. 😸

  3. Its not direcetly for learning conversations, but just get apps for Podcasts/Books(if youre a beginner graded readers)/news, they are far more usefull than any learning app, and you will not only have unlimited content(only limited by your skill), but also you can pick stuff that actually interests you (listen to a casual conversation podcast etc.).
