What’s the best way to learn Japanese on a smartphone? I have Duolingo & Drops, what else can u recommend? I’ll be in Japan for 6 months and need noob japanese for communication

Hi I’ll be in Japan for 6 months and started learning Japanese. With drops I learned now successfully hiragana and katakana and some vocabs. I’ll continue to learn there more vocabs and kanji.

So, I’ve been also using duolingo a little but it’s more frustrating to use since you learn it with a “weird path”, dunno how to explain that properly. I’m not that happy with duolingo, since it’s basically a mix of vocabs kanji etc, not that straightforward/structured.

What I need to learn now is the grammar, how it works how I conjugate etc pp, but as I remember this is a crazy topic and veryyyy complicated. Noob Japanese is enough for me

What apps or websites can you recommend me? I have only a smartphone with me I have no ipad or laptop.

I mean

\- vocabs
\- reading/writing
\- grammar

are the only things I need to learn or not? or is there more?
