   I’d write it off as uncomfortable touching that is more about a personal space bubble being broached than anything sexual, but he’s an elderly Japanese politician so I’m sure he’s sexually harassed more than his fair share of staff over the years and it’s just second nature for him by now.

   Inose Naoki, who was formerly the governor of Tokyo and [resigned after a financial scandal](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naoki_Inose#Money_scandal_and_resignation), is now running as a candidate for the right-wing populist Nippon Ishin no Kai political party in the upcoming election, and this event has led to a [firestorm of controversy](https://www.tokyo-sports.co.jp/social/4263590/) surrounding him and the party.

3. Why are you putting your hands near a grown woman’s chest at all? I can’t see any context where that is normal.

4. To be fair it doesn’t look that sexual and more just weird, it reminds me of someone touching a farm animal not knowing where to put his hands and being unable to just stay still.
