What are the eggs on top? The size looks right for ikura, but I’ve never seen it that color before.
thats neither toro nor nigiri
Definitely not toro, sorry – tuna is generally red or pink. Salmon is orange and has bright white fat lines.

This is not toro. It is more likely sake harasu (salmon belly).
