NURO has a bundle (if available in your area) for gas, electricity, and home internet (up to 2gbps).
Sakura has a great optics internet. Every once and a while it is shit when I use it in tandem with a vpn, but I blame it on living in the countryside.
I would recommended combining Gas & Power for one company, I currently use Tokyo Gas and TEPCO, two different ones. By just going Tokyo Gas for both Gas and Power it’ll be slightly cheaper and the bill comes all at once.
Wifi, apologies I’ve got no idea I currently use Chintainet that Relo Japan recommends but it gets throttled a lot. If you want Fiber I believe you need to make sure the company you choose actually has a set up in your apartment.
I use Asahi Net for home wifi and have had no issues at what I think is a good price. There is full English support too and I did my set up fully in English too.
Electricity and gas I had no choice so I have no clue how this compares to others but I use TEPCO and Tokyo Gas both of which have been fine.
