Anyone have any personal favorite amusing or interesting homophones they want to share? I just learned “car wash” and “tank” are said the same way lol

洗車 and 戦車! I’d love to learn more, I think it’s fascinating how different the meanings can be of something said the exact same way

    あくまでも任せてください

    with a play on

    あく まで も (unendingly, i.e. even until i’m exhausted)

    vs

    あくま でも (even though i’m a demon)

    tho also

    庭には二羽鶏がいる

    “niwa**niwa**niwa**niwa**torigairu” -> “there are two chickens in the garden”
