  1. Looks amazing. Also makes me appreciate how great value that bowl of ramen is

  2. Thank you, kind stranger, for my first silver!

Will post my recipe notes soon

Edit: Wow. Gold as well! Thank you all <3

  3. Very impressive. What was your recipe/method to create the bone broth?

  4. Wow this is IMPRESSIVE. How much would you say all of this cost to make? And would you do it all over from scratch again?

  5. Nice job. All from scratch. Your home must have smelled of fatty goodness.

  6. Oh fudge that was truly incredible! Where do I even begin! Not only did you spend the time to properly make everything yourself, you even included the oddly satisfying noodle scissor clip! I can smell the chashu through my phone! Oh my goodness, watching this was so relaxing it’s nuts. It looks absolutely stunning, and well worth all of the work. Thank you for this video, made my month!

    *Edit once calm and rational

  7. Wow everything looks awesome! Well done!

Side note: I have such a tough time peeling eggs, the shell always sticks to them. Do you have any advice on getting those shells off without destroying the egg??

  8. Looks great! My only thing I would add is you should use a sewing string to cut the egg it will help a lot.

  9. This was a truly relaxing and amazing thing to watch. It looks so damn good.

  10. Insane amount of effort put into this, the result must’ve been truly amazing. Super jealous

  11. Totally blown away that you did everything from scratch… that’s real dedication! The chashu and ajitsuke tamago looked sooo good. Curious what tare you used, can’t wait to see some recipe notes. Well done!

  12. Wow OP, I’m like 6 months late to this but I have to say this is very very impressive. Congratulations, this looks incredible.
