You can just use the app, don’t need a physical card
You can take the card free from Mcdonald’s or other stores that partner with Rakuten and then link the card with your Rakuten id.
As already mentioned, you can use the Rakuten Point Card app in place of a physical card.
If you prefer to have a physical card, you can find them at some [shops that let you earn/spend Rakuten points](https://pointcard.rakuten.co.jp/partner/). Once you’ve picked up a new card, you can link it to your Rakuten account on the [Rakuten Point website](https://pointcard.rakuten.co.jp/register/). You can also get an Edy prepaid IC card or a Rakuten credit card with an integrated Rakuten Point barcode.
