Here’s a list of all the Halloween events in Yokohama, there’s definitely some kid friendly ones on the list.
When I was that age, my family took me to pick pumpkins on a farm. It was a fun experience.
I’ve heard that there’s some trick or treating that happens in Motomachi at the stores, but not idea if that’s happening due to corona. I think there is also traditionally trick or treating around Honmoku, but again, corona.
You might want to join the local parent FB group, no doubt info about that is circulating.
