Help a complete beginner in Japanese (need asap help) :>

Ive been looking through dozens of free Japanese apps/webs to learn Japanese effectively, i saw about 3 but all of them had mixed reviews and thoughts about them. Can anyone help me by recommending me the best free app/web to most effectively teach me Japanese

  3. Read the sidebar, apps will not help you in learning Japanese, you have to put in some effort, there are no short cuts.

Just gave my Second interview for Borderlink and it was only 17 minutes long. It was written on the invitation email for Skype interview that it will be an hour long but it was so short. Does anyone know the real reason for it? Can it imply that they don't have any interest in working with us?
