I posted about a job I was going for here

Well I got it! Honestly it felt strangly too easy. 4 zoom interviews with different members of the company in each. It was me repeating myself 4 times which was the odd part. The other odd thing is I assumed at some point they’d want to see me face to face for one of them but no.
There is a 5th meeting on zoom next week but only to discuss terms.
Is this the normal procedure in a post covid 2022 Japan?

Aside from that I had been very calm and cool on the prospect of this offer as I never expected it and saw it as a kind of bonus but now I’ve suddenly become nervous about taking it. I’ve only ever worked as a freelancer from home in all my years in this field so now suddenly I’ll be joining a large company and work with people in an office and taking public transport all the fun that brings.

More specifically I’ve been hired as a 3D artist for the company. If there are any related field people here is there something I should know before taking it coming from a freelancer/home worker?
What have I let myself in for!

Congrats!
Current company hired me after 3 interviews and a test. Never met anyone at the company before my first day. Pretty old established company, so while it is not normal it should not be a red flag. (sort of a red flag for desperation to find someone but yeah…)
Sounds common enough. A lot of companies don’t do in person interviews now.
Also, the multiple interviews with the same content with different people I also noticed. The processes for many companies here are definitely not as organized as many foreign companies I’ve talked to, where different people dig into different aspects. More just a multi layered filtering. I get a feeling most of them are just told to do the interview but they really don’t care much.
Congrats
