I regularly convert my Vpass points into Amazon Points!
You can use the points to pay a store that accepts LINE PAY
I use them for payment via iD (credit type).
in the vPoint App I convert the points to Yen. (the 移動button) Then I use the vPoint card number for online shopping etc.
The whole thing feels unnecessary complicated, as usual.
I just use them to pay parts of my next credit card bill.
I just used the app the other day to convert my Vpoints in to cashback on my credit card.
Would be helpful if you could decipher what that “some error” was.
There is a point where I got tripped up, assuming it would just convert all my points in to cash, but then realized there was a field where I had to type in exactly how many points I wanted to convert. After that it was smooth sailing.
I did used it twice already. Maybe your doing something wrong
