Problem using Apple Pay in Japan.

Hello.
Since about a month now I haven’t been able to charge my Suica using my French credit card on Apple Pay. I tried deleting it from the Wallet and wasn’t able to add it again. I asked my bank and it seems like everything is fine on their side.
Have you guys experienced a similar issue recently?

It was working just fine before. Tried with different credit cards and same issue…
