When I was reading the lyrics I realized she swapped between the first 最強 (meaning strongest) and second最恐 (meaning scariest) but they sound the same.(Saikyo) How would you differentiate between them by listening?
I still consider myself a beginner so let me know if I’ve misunderstood anything!

The short answer is that unlike 最強 which is a pretty common word, 最恐 isn’t really commonly used at all. So it’s basically just meant as wordplay for anyone who can see the lyrics (which are probably displayed onscreen in some form during the music video).
