Is it possible for even Foreigners to buy tickets on eplus (+e)? I want to get tickets for a concert, but its been road block after road block on trying to even get an account made? And I tried reaching out to my normal to-go-to Proxy Service (Bridge Jpn) and they can’t buy tickets because it is all digital (no physical tickets) through the eplus app. And the concert tickets are only being sold on eplus..
I was successful with getting the app (used an old iphone and set it to Japan region). But when I try making an account, can’t get pass the verification stage because I don’s have a Japanese phone number that can accept SMS.
Has anyone else been successfully with getting tickets on eplus ?

They say in their FAQ (In Japanese) that’s is basically a service for people living in Japan and paying via credit cards also requires a Japanese one. They link to a site which supports English service but reduced options of acts/events
