Just moved to Japan and shopping around for an apartment. Found a place I like but their ISP is Fibergate, which is a service that provides free wifi for the entire apartment complex. I went to their website but having trouble finding detailed info about their speeds/reliability/upgrade availability etc. Has anyone here used them before? I work remotely so wifi is super important and unfortunately my Japanese is still very beginner level.
