Rakuten – Refund of Fraudulent Purchase

Hey all, I ordered some stuff from Reebok, I know it sounds weird but they’re not shipped anything, I can’t contact anyone, I basically paid for something I’ve never received.

Does anyone know if it’s easy to have this resolved via Rakuten Card? In Australia it’s pretty easy to make a claim and get the money back without dealing with the seller, has anyone done a similar thing with Rakuten?
