Japanese humidity-safe pre-workout?

Anyone have pre-workout recommendations?
I love PE Science’s Prolific but it clumps up and becomes unusable during summer months.

  1. there aren’t a lot of pre workout chemicals besides caffeine and citrulline malate that work. if you buy the chemicals individually instead of one mix and store them properly in am airtight container I can’t see them clumping regardless of humidity

  2. I suspect you’ve got about 6 months before you have to worry about summer months again… Seriously, fuck this weather…

  3. First thing, check to make sure you closing the lid tight, really give it a good squeeze and I find storing it in a cupboard helps a lot if you are not already doing it.

  4. Is that what happened to my Creatine? It was powdery soft in the unopened bag but had become hard and crusty in the container and i need to break it apart with spoon lol. Should I put like a silica gel pack in there?

  5. Get a jar of caffeine pills.

    Get a pot of DMAA and some capsules.

    Grind one or two caffeine pills and drink it with water, then fill one of the capsules with DMAA and swallow it (DMAA tastes horrendous).

    There, I just saved you a lot of money and helped you avoid unnecessary BS bathtub chemicals.

  6. For anything like this just change the container.

    Lots of food storage containers with airtight lids out there in a variety of shapes and sizes, just slap a label on it. They’re also very effective for keeping bugs out of flour and sugar, etc. I use them for storing creatine and never had any clumping issues.

    You can also throw in a desiccant pack if you really want to be sure – search “乾燥剤 パケット 食品”.
