Hi, I came across this sentence and I am having a hard time understanding it. I get that 釣り上げる most likely means “fishing, reel in, etc” (please, correct me if I’m wrong!) However, the second half of this phrase completely lost me. 者など 現れんと. I would love if someone could help me understand it! Thanks in advance!
