I just moved to Tokyo for a job recently. Currently I’m looking for a tower mansion to live in, but I’m kinda overwhelmed by all the information I can find on the Internet.
I’m wondering if there is a website that can help me filter out buildings/condos with bad ratings? For example some buildings have a google map review, but some buildings don’t. It would be great if there is a website that collects building comments and can be used to filter out bad rating buildings.
By the way, feel free to give the name of your apartment too if it may be what I’m looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
\- I like places with a great view, so I’m only considering high-floor tower mansions. I’m single, so probably 1R/1K/1DK/1LDK should be enough.
\- I want a convenient place that’s near 都心, so I’m considering shibuya, shinjuku, minato, chuo and chiyoda. (Ebisu seems like a great place to live too?)
\- My budget would be 300,000 Yen/ month. If the place is really nice I’m also OK with anything under 320,000 Yen/month.

I used to live [here](https://www.mansion-review.jp/mansion/35716.html) and loved it.
10 minutes from Shinagawa station (but there’s a shuttle bus) with a bay view and up to 52 floors.
You can definitely get a space for 300,000.
Get in touch with Ken corp. They cater to people that have a budget of 300,000+ a month. You’ll have to pay a broker fee but that’s the same almost anywhere. They have English capability too.
Check out Shibaura Island. It’s about 8-10 min from Tamachi station. Super central. Great facility. Reasonably priced.
Not hard to see why the elites in Japan hate the internet. Such a website would be a real inconvenience for landlords.

where do you live, do you have a family?
If you’re single and looking for a budget place, I might be able to help.
