Hello all. I think this should be an easy question. Essentially, I have been practicing large numbers in japanese and it occurred to me that maybe comma placement is different in japanese? Like since we would say “10 10-thousands” it made me wonder if it was common in japanese to write “10,0000” instead of “100,000” ? I *think* it isn’t different normally than how we write in it english speaking countries when it actually comes down to it. (Ie: I would see a price tag saying ”１２，３４５円”) I just wanted to check though.
