The short: Is there a resource showing where it’s ok take a recreational craft out in the ocean or saying it’s ok?
The why: Planning an unsupported attempt of the Michinoku Shiokaze Coastal Trail and need to seek if it’s even possible to raft the ocean sections. I have a basic understanding like commercial boats having the right away, and maps of the fishing zones, protected waters, ect. I can’t seem to find where it’s ok and not ok to use a raft along the coast of Japan. If you have know anything more about the topic much appreciated. Im sure I will find it eventually but can’t seem to get the right sequence of Japanese to get a good google result.
