Hey all!
Finally doing this trip to japan again in mid november.
The plan is to stay around Osaka and Kyoto and plan a few day trips in between.
My rough schedule goes like:
\- 15 nov – 21 nov Osaka (staying close to Shinbashi)
\- 21 nov – 25 nov Kyoto
\- 25 nov – 27 nov Osaka
\- 28 flying back 🙁

I’m still tinkering with the final version of the iternary but I have a few day trips planned around Osaka.
I want to do a small hiking trip in Chihayaakasaka at least see the ricefields and maybe walk a part of Mount Kongō not sure if that is feasable in one day though.
A day in Kobe, and feast on delicious wagyu
A day in Nara

And as for Kyoto I want to see the bigger touristy spots like Fushimi Inari Taisha, Philosopher’s Path and Arashiyama. I’ve already seen most of the temples on previous trips but never got around to see those sights yet.
Do you need to plan multiple days for areas or can say Philosopher’s Path be combined with Inari in one day?
As for now this itinerary isn’t too crowded (and I’m fine with walking for an entire day). And could squeeze in a couple more trips (maybe to Himeji). What are your thoughts on this list so far?
