I submitted my visa application form on Friday and did not write N/A on the non-applicable sections. Instead, I just left blank spaces. Is this considered omission? Is it grounds for visa rejection/refusal? I want to go back to the embassy on Monday and withdraw my application and re-apply with no blank spaces at all. Is this allowed? Or are blank spaces not a big deal? Has anyone experienced this? I’m riddled with anxiety. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Relax. If it’s important to them they will reach out to you to clarify, but if the important information is there then it might not be a problem. The hardest part is the waiting game. Go treat yourself for your hard work thus far and let the chips fall where they may.
