I have been studying Japanese for almost 3 years now in a school once per week, but I think I finally reached a decent N4 level, however I am struggling to learn more and practice, do you recommend any resource or plan to keep learning since my school does not have a program more advanced? (songs, anime with japanese subtitles something like that)

What does “advanced vocabulary” mean?
Any vocab is best learned in context, so I would recommend reading/listening/watching things you’re interested in and taking note of what you don’t understand but frequently encounter.
I know there are a lot of lists of vocab separated by frequency, so that may help as well, but it’s hard to give any advice when your question is vague.
It’s individual. Basically you can use SRS like Anki or some online sites as memrise to learn vocabulary, but you can also try to use content and learn words naturally over time. If you like textbooks, you can also pick any for N3+.
The textbook Tobira is a good next step after the Genkis.
You can get more words from a textbook or from anywhere else like, a book, a manga, a video game, a movie, a magazine, etc. Think about what you are interested in.
So far, I think books are easiest to get a lot of words from though.
You need a good dictionary to look up what the words mean, such as jisho.org.
