Kikkoman Japanese Brewed vs Shoyu

First off, I know that Kikkoman makes Japan-style soy sauce. But, I am a little bit confused about the two products. They both are made in Japan and seem to have the same ingredients (although the proportions may be different). Can someone please tell me the difference?
