Days 3-4 aren’t Akihabara.
3 days in Asakusa is also a bit too long, id recommend putting the Underground shopping center on the same day as skytree, and spending the 15th going to a different area. Remember, tokyo is a massive city and planning only 2 places to go in 7 days is missing out on a lot
I’m currently spending 3 nights in asakusa. This really feels like at least 2 nights too long, as it is 30+ minutes away from most things. I’d recommend chiyoda, ginza, ueno, or shibuya/ shinjuku area over it.
Day 3, Nakano Broadway and teamLab are on opposite sides of the city. I’d really recommend plotting all the Tokyo-specific places on the map and pairing them together that way. TeamLab, for instance, would go better with Chuo-dori. Even if train fares are no object, your time is limited and best spent not on trains but on walking around.
Also, are your plane tickets set in stone? I highly, highly recommend getting an open-jaw ticket instead of your standard round-trip when possible. (i.e. Arrive in Narita, depart from Osaka KIX) Usually the price is barely different, too, depending on the method of how you’re acquiring your tickets. This will make a load of difference in the comfort of your trip if you can make it work. You have approximately 7 workable Tokyo days in this trip and they’re mostly sparsely planned (which is good!), so I anticipate you could cut at least a day or two off from there and add it in Kyoto to day trip to Osaka or somewhere else.
