My parents visited from Canada and brought with them $2700 CAD from my bank account in Canada that I asked them to bring. Now I’m trying to find a currency exchange shop that offers the best rates to exchange to yen. The best one I have found so far is “Dollar Euro Currency Exchange” (doru.jp). They buy CAD at 1.0171 and charge a 1000 yen fee for amounts under 300k yen, which this amount falls under. This would get me 274,617 yen minus the fee. I live in Kanagawa prefecture. Anyone know of any shops with better rates?
