The seller did not try to correct it in any way when i am buying it. It only came to light when it have registered in shakken. What options do i have? Should i ask for refund?
If they intentionally misrepresented the car when you bought it that could be fraudulent. You might want to consult with the police or maybe a lawyer.
Yes, the seller sounds like a dick, but did you not think to check any of the paper work or documentation before agreeing/buying? Seems a bit negligent tbh.
