I am contemplating getting an air purifier, a cheaper one, for an area of ca. 10 tatami mats. Looking for recommendations. Was inclined to get a sharp one, but cheaper models have a dust filter, which is not described as HEPA, I would prefer the filter to catch mold spores. Thanks!

I have a SHARP Plasmacluster series one.
I don’t know if they specifically write HEPA on the box but they are capable of removing 99.7% of particles down to 0.3 um (so they say) which would be the equivalent of a HEPA certification.
