Redelivery scheduling issue

Had a package unable to be delivered by Japan post, scanned the QR code to reschedule it, the only dates available to select are august 28 – sept 4. I previously rescheduled the same package without issue (they didn’t bring it at the time requested though…), and I rechecked it like ten times to make sure I put in the right number. Anyone know what’s up?
