Shinagawa-ku recycling advocacy – doh!

Shinagawa-ku free newsletter delivered weekly in single use plastic. This week with front page article advocating more recycling and the three Rs. Doh!

Setting a terrible example and not making the connection between what they do and what they say.

When city leadership do this kind of thing, I think there’s little hope of change. Never mind the reality that real change needs to be government led and focused on manufacturers, not consumers.
