Want to make ‘Jansson’s Frestelse’. Any Swedes out there with knowledge of where I can get the sweet pickled sprats I need?

  3. My wife always makes Janson’s Temptation with anchovies and it’s pretty great – never had the authentic Swedish version in Sweden, but just in case you can’t find the real thing, try Anchovies.
