Planning a two-week honeymoon in Japan. Not sure where to begin.

Hi everyone, me an my fiancé want to go to Japan for our honeymoon. We’re planning on around 2-weeks. We’re flying to Tokyo in from the DC area in the US, but we’re feeling overwhelmed with all the material out there on planning this trip. We plan on either June or September planning on availability of flights based on some Internet research. We are looking for assistance on where to begin though once we arrive, what is a reasonable schedule for two weeks, what are some of the best things to see and eat. We would really appreciate a starting point. Thank you!
