After just saw that Japan is opening its borders today, so I’m heading there next Tuesday. Does anyone know what the best places to hike are in October, especially in Hokkaido? I went in July 2019 and I was disappointed that I never managed to get a clear day on Asahidake.
Also planning on going to Tokyo. What’s the situation like with COVID restrictions there? Lots of stuff still reopening?
