Hi all! This is my second trip to Japan, my first solo trip and im so excited!

I bought a one-way ticket so my return plans are not yet finalized and hence im listing the first draft of my itinerary:

**Day 1 – 4: Tokyo**
**(28 Mar – 31 March)**

* Ikekuburo
* Akihabara
* Gotokuji Shrine and Imado Shrine
* Day trip to Kawagoe

**Day 5 – 6: Hakone**
**(1 Apr – 2 Apr)**
​
* One night – planning to stay in YamaNoChaya thanks to recommendations here!
* Travel to Kyoto and check in
​
**Day 6 – 9: Kyoto (Open to suggestions)**
**(2 Apr – 5Apr)**

*Undecided : Have been to Kyoto in my previous trip so I’ll probably research what other places in Kyoto to visit, if not Im open to suggestions where else I can go please :)*

**Day 10 – 14: Hiroshima**
**(6 Apr – 10 Apr)**

* Atomic Bomb Dome
* Hiroshima Peace Memorial
* Miyajima (Day trip or should I stay 1 night)

**Day 15 – 18: Okayama/Onomichi**
**(11 Apr – 13Apr)**

* Havent decided which place to stay at
* Manekiniko Museum

**Day 19 – 22: Takayama**
**(13 Apr – 16 April)**

* In time for Takayama Festival
* Hida Village
* Shirakawa-go

Question: Did I allocate too long here? Due to the festival, I was not sure if I needed more time.

**Day 22 – 26: Nagoya**
**(17 Apr – 21 Apr)**

* Day trip to Kiso Valley
* Osu Shopping district and Osu Kannon
* Other day trips?
* Travel back from Nagoya

One other thing – I love and collect fortune cats/manekinekos! This is why I have added in two manekineko shrines and museums in my itinerary! Here is a picture of my collection <3 If there are any places to buy unique manekinekos/experience please let me know too!!
