  1. Go to a doctor its cheap as hell to get sorted. Reddit doctors can’t really help you.

  2. probably detergent. but also could be fabric. if it is scented detergent. try unscented one.

  3. I had a similar problem last year, went to the doctor as well, but he could not do much more than prescribe corticosteroids which didn’t really help. I think it started after a long bicycle ride in August (I’m that stupid).

It disappeared in the autumn when the heat is gone, I started to use softer detergent, and stopped using the dryer. Unfortunately, I cannot tell now what exactly stopped it. It didn’t return this year, but I try to reduce physical activity in summer and started to control humidity in my apartment to keep it below 60 %.

  4. Something like prickly heat, maybe? Could be your legs start sweating, which gets trapped against the skin by your pants. I had a similar issue, but with my socks/feet.

One thing I found helped was not wearing synthetic fabrics. Breathable cotton stuff did wonders.

  5. It can be urticaria triggered by heat or humidity. I think your regular dermatologist can test it visually (hives look a bit different from rashes) or blood tests.

Based on my experience, they won’t offer those firsthand. I had to ask my derma to check for it before I got a diagnosis.

  6. Yesssssss it happens to me every single fucking summer. Only in japan, anywhere else. After years of dealing with it I went to the doctor. He said it is a skin problem.

-Use soap gently with your hands, nothing else

-dont dry up with towels, just air

-there are some creams and pills that help but they ll make you reallly sleepy

So thats it basically. Go see the doctor get the pills (which dont really help cause everytime i sweat and it dries up im itchy again)

  7. eczema or アトピー性皮膚炎maybe?

I usually give it a wash with just water and apply steroid cream. Keep the area cool

Weather change, heat, and dust typically play a role for me but better to consult a doctor.

  8. I think it’s more like heat rash. I have the same issue every summer. Especially area around my shin, calf area. For me, Muhi (liquid type) really works. The menthol stings and actually feels really good too.

  9. Heat rash.

Edit. Get some baby powder. When you are dry after a shower slap that powder on your inner thighs.

Do a little shimmy dance with some more slaps to get the excess off. Make sure to wash your hands before putting pants on especially if they are black.
