Hi folks,
Im trying to figure out what is possible in the system here.
Im a digital nomad, with a permanent residence status in Japan.
Will be here next year only for a week or two.
Intend on paying my income and jumin taxes as kakuteishinkoku.
Dont want to pay health insurance.
Want to pay nenkin.
Lets assume I theoretically remove my juminhyou, how much of the above is possible?

If you will only be in Japan for a couple weeks it makes no sense to do any of that. Just treat it like you’re doing some work on your holiday and declare your income in your registered country of residence where you usually pay taxes. Maybe I don’t understand what you’re trying to do.
If you remove yourself from any registered address, where do you do your kakuteishinkoku?
