Do you think these onigiri molds are sturdy? The bottom part looks so fragile to me.

1. You’re supporting it with your hand so it should be fine.

2. Yes, they’re quite sturdy. I have that kind. The loose bit helps you push the onigiri out when it’s done. But as you fill it you hold your hand over it, so it doesn’t really flex.
