First time poster and to be honest, first time visitor. Looking for some help after years of fruitless internet searching.
Went on holiday many years ago to Bali. In Ubud was a highly rated Japanese restaurant that served, amongst many other amazing things, something they called “Fugu Salt” from Japan. I have searched for this for many years and the only references I can find are reviews of Minami – which has now closed.
